Womens Health
Women's health is dynamic and multifaceted, which is why our services are designed to meet you where you are - whether you're building strength, managing a chronic condition, returning to exercise post-partum or striving to perform your best.
Exercise Physiology for Womens Health
Our team provides tailored exercise physiology to support areas such as pelvic health, pregnancy and postnatal recovery, peri & post-menopause wellbeing, bone health, and chronic disease management such as endometriosis, PMOS, cardiovascular disease and more.
Through a combination of one-on-one consultations, small group training and specialised classes or programs, we have created a supportive environment that empowers women to move confidently and feel strong in their bodies.
We prioritise education, long-term outcomes and a holistic approach - helping women not just recover, but thrive.
We have a program specifically designed to improve bone health?
Our 8-week Bone Builders program is designed to improve bone density, strength, and stability using the latest evidence in exercise science. Bone loss can occur silently over time, increasing the risk of fractures and impacting quality of life. The right dose of exercise - done consistently and correctly - can slow, stop, and even reverse aspects of bone loss.
This program includes a comprehensive initial assessment, 8 weekly group sessions and re-assessment. Contact us to find out more information today.
We currently offer a number of specialised group programs and classes for women including:

- Women's Strength - semi-private group sessions with individualised training programs.
- Bone Builders - an 8-week, evidence-based program including heavy resistance and impact training, specifically targeting bone density.
- Mums & Bubs Strength & Reformer - both 8-week group exercise classes, providing a safe and supportive return to exercise post-partum.
- Pregnancy Reformer - a class designed specifically for pregnancy, supporting the growing body. No second guessing whether the moves are appropriate for you at whatever stage of pregnancy you're at.
