Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of the community, fostering healthy lifestyles and increasing the accessibility to quality allied health care in rural and regional New South Wales.

ACTIVE OVER 50S

Designed to support active ageing, helping you stay strong, mobile and independent. These classes are safe, effective exercise that enhances overall health, improves quality of life and keeps you doing the things you enjoy for longer. Classes are ideal for those with stable chronic health conditions or individuals returning to (or starting) exercise after a sedentary period. Active Over 50’s classes are offered in all our clinic locations including Tamworth, Gunnedah, Quirindi and Manilla.

MUMS AND BUBS

We understand that each woman’s journey through pregnancy, birth, and early motherhood is unique—and that the postpartum period can feel both incredible and overwhelming. In the midst of caring for your little one, it's easy to forget to care for yourself. That’s where our Mums & Bubs programs come in. These 8-week programs have been carefully curated to support a safe and supportive return to exercise.

Guided by Accredited Exercise Physiologists and Exercise Scientists with special interest in women's health, our program offers a gentle and supportive environment to help you:

  • Strengthen and reconnect with your pelvic floor
  • Build tone in your core and abdominal muscles
  • Relieve postural aches and pains
  • Ease stress and foster better sleep (when you can!)
  • Enhance your overall sense of well-being
  • Connect with other mums on the journey with you

Mums & Bubs programs run in 8-week blocks, generally commencing at the start of each school term. A complimentary pre-screen consultation in required prior to joining the program and these are offered in-person or via telehealth. We also strongly advocate for all women to see a Pelvic Health Physiotherapist post-partum, and we happily work alongside these practitioners to support your recovery.

GENTLE AQUA

Aquatic exercise is an excellent way for people to build strength, relax sore muscles and ease stiff joints. Our Gentle Aqua classes are designed to target holistic health and fitness in a gentle and accessible environment.

This class is particularly beneficial for those with chronic pain, injury, arthritis or mobility limitations - or simply as a low-impact exercise option, perfect for those returning to exercise.

REFORMER PILATES

Our Reformer Pilates classes combine controlled movement with resistance-based training to improve strength, flexibility and overall body awareness. Reformer Pilates is designed to target core stability, posture and movement quality in a low-impact supportive environment. Whether you're new to exercise, returning from injury, or looking compliment your training, our classes are tailored to suit all levels
