Our mission is to improve the health and wellbeing of the community, fostering healthy lifestyles and increasing the accessibility to quality allied health care in rural and regional New South Wales.
Over 50s
OVER 50S
Over 50s is a modified exercise class delivered by our Accredited Exercise Physiologists with something for everyone!
The program aims to increase participant’s quality of life by improving muscle strength and balance, reducing falls and injuries, promoting personal wellbeing and independence and providing a fun and sociable exercise option.
Participants can expect:
- Stronger bones and joints
- Increased independence and mobility
- Prevention and better management of health conditions, including weight control, blood pressure and cholesterol
- Improved mental and social wellbeing
Classes are suitable for those stable chronic health conditions such as diabetes, arthritis, hypertension, osteoporosis or those who have previously lived a sedentary lifestyle. However, if you do have any concerns we encourage you to speak with your GP or come in for a chat with one of our AEP’s to determine your suitability.
Over 50’s classes are currently offered at our Tamworth, Gunnedah and Quirindi clinic locations.

We recognise each women's pregnancy, birth and post-natal experience is unique. We know you are giving your all right now to support this new life you have created - but we are here to remind you to not forget to look after yourself!
Exercising post partum can be daunting and confusing. Let us help you navigate this period.
Our classes will help you:
- Understand and strengthen your pelvic floor
- Strengthen and tone your core and abdominal muscles
- Manage aches and pains
- Relieve stress and promote better sleep (when you can!)
- Improve your overall sense of well-being
In a small group setting, enjoy bonding with your bub, spending time with other mums and moving your body safely and effectively.
Complimentary pre-screening (15-min) with our instructors is required before commencing classes.

Gentle Aqua
GENTLE AQUA
A class designed to target holistic health and fitness, including while body strength, endurance, balance and cardiovascular fitness.
Appropriate for those who are injured, ageing or would just like a more gentle class in a water environment.
Our Gentle Aqua is available in TAMWORTH at 360 Fitness Club and in GUNNEDAH at Gunnedah Memorial Pool.

PILATES
PILATES
Pilates is a low-impact exercise option that aims to strengthen muscles while improving postural alignment and flexibility.
It is also a great rehabilitation option following injury or surgery as well as those returning to exercise after some time off.
While Pilates has a strong focus on core exercises and breathe control, you can expect a good full-body workout from every session.
Mat Pilates
A staple class in any good exercise routine with a combination of core and postural strengthening exercises, complimented by mobility and flexibility movements, you will feel like you walk out an inch taller at the end of each session.
Gentle Pilates
- A class designed specifically for those over 60 years, incorporating Chi Ball and traditional Mat Pilates exercises with a strong focus on strengthening postural and deep abdominal muscles.
Reformer Pilates
- The Pilates Reformer provides a more dynamic and intense workout. Through the use of springs and pulleys you can add resistance and work muscles through in increased range of motion, ideal for building and toning muscles, as well as improving stability through the joints.
Clinical Pilates
- A perfect option for those rehabilitating from injury or surgery, or anyone who enjoys the ongoing support with their exercise routine in a semi-private group.
