About Me
Growing up on a cattle and horse stud in Manilla, NSW, I gained a firsthand appreciation for the physical demands placed on both rural workers and athletes, as well as the significant gap in education regarding physical maintenance and longevity. From the discipline of competitive Campdrafting and breaking in young horses to the intensity of rugby union, staying active has always been a core passion of mine.
This foundation led me to study Exercise Physiology at Southern Cross University, where my interest in rehabilitation and injury prevention was emphasised. After navigating my own knee injury and seeing exactly how targeted, evidence-based exercise can transform recovery and improve performance, I became dedicated to the science of musculoskeletal health rehabilitation and athlete performance training.
I am dedicated to supporting a diverse range of clients - from young athletes striving for peak performance to rural workers seeking rehabilitation and recovery after years of physical labour. Beyond the clinic, I am driven to give back to rural communities by improving access and education to allied health services. My goal is to ensure our regional areas have the resources and knowledge they need to stay strong, resilient, and on the job.
