About Me

I have been an Exercise Physiologist for the past 8 years. I grew up in the Blue Mountains, studied at the University of Sydney and have always enjoyed an active lifestyle, from bushwalks to the football field.

I found my passion for health in rural and regional NSW when I moved to Tamworth 8 year ago for my graduate role. I love educating and engaging with people who want to improve their health and wellbeing across their lifespan.

In my spare time you find me enjoying time with my family, walking my giant breed dog and exploring new camping spots.
