About Me
I’ve always lived an active lifestyle and have a genuine love for training, sport, and just being on the move. Growing up as an athlete, I developed a real appreciation for performance, discipline, and how much movement can impact both your physical and mental wellbeing. That’s what led me into studying exercise physiology and strength & conditioning — turning something I’ve always enjoyed into a career where I genuinely love what I do and can share it with a wide range of people. Anyone that knows me knows I can’t sit still for long (or stay quiet for long), and I bring that same energy into my sessions, aiming to turn training from a chore into something people enjoy, stick with, and actually see long term benefits from.
Through my studies as an AEP, and especially my own injury experiences, I’ve learnt that rehab isn’t just about the physical side of recovery. There’s a whole mental, emotional, and social side to it as well — re-finding consistency, building routine, adapting activities, and learning to trust your body again. For me, injury doesn’t mean you have to stop doing the things you enjoy, it just means we need to adapt and pivot.
What I enjoy most is seeing the shift in people’s lifestyle and mindset, and the confidence and independence that comes with it. I love helping change the idea that a diagnosis or injury has to be limiting - instead, we can build, adapt, and keep progressing in a way that works for the individual, their goals, priorities, and what they enjoy in life.
