OUr Mission
To improve the health and wellbeing of the community, fostering healthy lifestyles and increasing the accessibility to quality allied health care in rural and regional New South Wales.
Chronic Disease Management
Exercise Physiology uses movement and exercise to help prevent and manage chronic health conditions and injuries. Accredited Exercise Physiologists support people to improve their strength, mobility, health and overall wellbeing through tailored exercise programs.
Diabetes Management
Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus (T2DM) is a chronic condition where the body becomes resistant to insulin or does not produce enough insulin to regulate blood sugar levels effectively. While there is no cure, T2DM can often be managed through regular exercise, healthy lifestyle changes and appropriate medical support to improve overall health and reduce the risk of complications.
Injury Rehabilitation
Whether your injury is from sport, work or surgery, our Accredited Exercise Physiologists can help you return to your best. Through tailored exercise programs and rehabilitation plans, we focus on rebuilding strength, improving movement and supporting your recovery goals safely and effectively.
NDIS
Our Accredited Exercise Physiologists support self- and plan-managed NDIS participants to improve their health, wellbeing and independence through tailored exercise programs. We work closely with participants and their support teams to build functional capacity, encourage community participation and help achieve individual goals through movement and exercise.
Aquatic Therapy
Hydrotherapy uses the natural benefits of water to support rehabilitation, pain management and overall health. The buoyancy and resistance of water can help improve movement, reduce pressure on joints, build strength and support recovery for a wide range of health conditions.
Strength and Conditioning: Youth Programs
Youth strength and conditioning helps young athletes build strength, coordination, confidence and resilience in a safe and supportive environment. Our structured programs focus on healthy physical development, improved athletic performance and creating positive lifelong exercise habits.
Telehealth
One of the positives to come out of 2020, was the introduction to a new platform through which we could deliver our services. We indeed had to learn on the run, but quickly recognised the huge value in offering Telehealth particularly as look to increase the accessibility to health care in rural and regional New South Wales.
Telehealth is the term used to describe the delivery of health services via an online platform. We use an application called PhysiApp to conduct video consultations with you, wherever you are! As you would expect in any face-to-face consultation we will discuss your health and activity history, what you would like to achieve through treatment, perform baseline assessments and develop a comprehensive plan to keep you moving towards your goals.
